A Discount Savings Card is NOT an insurance card. It IS a card given to you by Prescription Corporation of America to provide savings from 15% to 75% of your prescription medication. What you get is the benefit of paying the lowest discounted amount for your prescription at the time your prescription is filled.
How can I obtain a Discount Savings Card?
You can obtain a temporary card ONLINE by using the internet, going to www.hca-pca.com and clicking on the Discount Savings Card. Select Carteret from the drop down box, proceed to click on the button stating (click here), and print your card.
Who can use my Discount Savings Card?
Everyone in your family can use the same card and receive the benefits. There are no limits to how many times the card can be used. You simply present your card along with your prescription to a participating pharmacy. You can use your card immediately upon receipt from your organization or as soon as you print out the card from our website, Prescription Corporation of America at www.hca-pca.com. All prescribed medications are covered. Our drug prices are guaranteed. You can use the Pharmacy Locator on our website to find the participating pharmacies in your area. In addition, drug manufacturers lower the cost of medication by giving rebates for qualified medications.
If you are taking a qualified medication, your rebates will be credited to a new Debit Card which you will receive from University National Bank. Each month your rebates will be credited to your debit card.
