| Working with the Middlesex County Housing and Community Development Committee, Carteret participates in the County program that fund local municipal projects. Project proposals are reviewed by the Board and the governing body for consideration by the Middlesex County Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) on an annual basis. Carteret CDBG Programs are announced through the Office of the Mayor. The Carteret CDBG Program is administered through the Office of Economic Development. |
