Neighborhood Preservation Program

The Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP) is a grant funded neighborhood revitalization program that is funded through the Department of Community Affairs. NPP Committee works closely with the municipal government and officials and other municipal programs to serve as a catalyst for improvements and revitalization to a target area neighborhood.
